Post Sale

After the hard work of the sale, business life then starts with a new owner and it will be very different. 

One of the challenges for the agency is to retain everything that made it special while understanding that the new owners may want to make changes. 

It is really important for everyone to remember that the vast majority of acquisitions within marketing services are made with the intention of keeping all the staff as they were probably the primary reason why the business was acquired in the first place.

Clear and timely communications to the staff are essential and there needs to be a team tasked with managing the integration process.
